Any items returned to us for any reason whatsoever ex:(incorrect address provided, unclaimed packages, etc...) and it is not our error the shipper must re-pay for the full second shipping and handling charges, not the corresponded discounted rate, billed with the first shipment. Full shipping, handling and insurance charges are based on USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope to your location and/or the form of shipping requested if different. Most rates in the continental US via USPS PRIORITY is $9.95, but may differ from state to state, country to country.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Yes, you may indeed return the product to us, if and only if it is in excellent condition as it was when we first sent it to you, however there will be a restocking fee of 25% to 50%, this is to cover postage, insurance and any handling fees to and from the client as well as based on the condition of the merchandise and any POS materials that came with it, when we first sold it to you. If we find the product to not be in sellable condition when you return it to us, we will re-mail it to you with shipping costs and a service fee of $10.00.
We have the right to refuse any returns after 30 days.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Items that have been re-sized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: All our watches come with a warranty direct from the manufacturer. For more information you may read the manual and direct all questions to the factory. For service purposes we can sometimes take care of any issue for you, so please don't hesitate to contact us first and we can then let let you know how to proceed.
